No bookings will be taken from people under 20 unless accompanied by an adult.
Payment Policy:
All rates are in New Zealand Dollars and include GST (15%). The rates are per room. A valid credit card (Visa or Mastercard) will be needed to confirm the booking, and prepayment can be charged anytime. Please note that debit cards are not accepted as confirmation.
Cancellation Policy:
Will be applied as per actual stay dates.
Quoted Rates
Rates quoted in your booking are based on the selected number of occupants and length of stay and any alterations to these details may affect the nightly rate charged.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in is from 2pm. Your room may be available prior to this time, however we cannot guarantee access before 2pm. Check-out is 10am. Early check-in or late check-out may be available by arrangement subject to availability and an additional charge.
Damages
Damage to motel property should be reported immediately. Any extra cleaning, repairs or replacements required to restore our guest rooms or property to its normal condition will be charged to the registered guest at replacement cost or market rates, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
A valid Credit card it required at check in for any incidentals, if a valid Credit card can not be provided then a cash bond of $100 may be required as security against your room.
Lost Key
If during your stay you misplace or lose your key, please notify reception immediately for a replacement. There will be a $40.00 fee for any lost key.
